Shipping & Delivery

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered safely to you within our agreed delivery times specified in our Shipping & Delivery PolicyThis time does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything on, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.


If the product you ordered is not as described on our website or if the item received is faulty or broken then you are entitled to a full refund. Please send us an email:

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control

Please note that if the item arrives after the guaranteed delivery times mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, you will be eligible to a partial refund of 30% of the product value. Full refunds are for cases when the item doesn't reach you.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it either by sending an email to or using your PayPal account.
